The controller KEW/CA-00A seen in this page is my first attempt in designing a modern, good and cheap digital controller for my Pre-Amplifiers KEW/P-92B/BD/BSS. Due to 0dB voltage gain, any transconductance gadget (gm>1mS) may be used. In view of expenses & mechanical problems, I've decided to continue the development with the Motorola J-FET BF245A as "tube-similar" voltage controlled current source (even though ECC88 is shown in the peliminary schematic below). The chassis is handmade of solid Pine.

Main Data:
Power Consumption: 10W@230V/115V 50-60Hz
Nominal Sourse-in Level (6 inputs): 150mV-1.5V@47k
Nominal Rec-out Level: 150mV-1.5V@300R
Nominal Pre-in Level: 1.5-15V@47k
Nominal Pre-out Level: 1.5-15V@300R
